Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken (cut into thin strips)
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 4 tablespoons oil

- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce or chili garlic sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 bell peppers (cut into small cubes)
- 3 spring onions (cut into small pieces)
- 1 tablespoon chopped red chili or chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed in 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup cashew nuts
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and add garlic paste. Stir for 1 minute, then add the chicken strips. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the chicken is lightly browned.
- Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, dark soy sauce (if using), oyster sauce, sweet chili sauce, and smoky BBQ sauce. Stir-fry for a few minutes over high heat.
